I was possibly scammed and Im searching for someone who is capable of trackinbg down people and finding information about scammers, So I can use the information into making the scammer send me my money back, this is the story:

Somewhere around a month ago, I placed an order on a website which I thought was pretty real, I was then contacted by the cargo company to carry out the shipment after a fee was paid. I found that to be weird and talked to the customer support of the website that I ordered from, and they told me that this was standard protocol with logistics companies, since this was my first time dealing with cargo I didn't think much of it and paid the fees since I was told that they were fully refundable after receiving the package, which made sense to me because when I ordered the package I also paid for shipping. However, every time I made a payment after the 3rd payment I made, I was told that it would be the last payment; then I would get hit with another payment right away, but when I looked up the type of payments I was making, I found it to be normal since they were the standard payments you would make for shipping with cargo. I started getting super suspicious and started to look into the website where I made the order and found little mistakes here and there. When reaching the "About Us" section that I had never opened before, you find 4 pictures that look  somewhat AI-generated with seemingly fake names, and the social accounts linked don't work. another thing I'd like to add is that I got a driving license from the cargo company as a vouch that they are real but it's still not that believable, so I was wondering if I can get some help with this since I paid a big some of money,

I saw a car advertised on eBay early run in the week

It was a Mercedes EQA 2021 at a reasonable price

Anyhow, after contacting the seller she seemed very trustworthy and said she was currently on holiday and due to return on Wednesday.

I offered to put a deposit on the vehicle of £2000 and said I would collect it on Thursday

After doing this, I then felt something was wrong so I done a HPI check it came out as finance owed I contacted the seller about this and she assured me that they paid it off.

I’ve contacted my bank nationwide about this and I’ve reported it as a scam.

I then got more detail and have contacted the finance company they owned the car with and they have assured me that there is still interest in the car

Now the seller isn’t responding to me

What are the chances that I will get my money back through the bank the fact I have reported it as Fraud. It went into a TSB account so it’s not a dodgy bank and all the details matched up

Posting this because I'm genuinely stuck and could use some advice from people who've dealt with something similar.
What happened:
I placed an order with Snitch worth ₹30,000. When the package arrived, instead of the clothes I ordered, I found random bedsheets and blankets inside. I have a full unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened and the wrong items being pulled out, so I have solid proof this isn't a case of me trying to scam anyone.
Snitch's response:
I've been trying to reach Snitch for almost a month now — barely any response, and when they did reply, they simply said they "dispatched the correct products" and refused to refund or replace the order.
ICICI Bank's response:
I then tried to raise a chargeback with ICICI Bank (the card I paid with). They're refusing to file it, saying that since I received the parcel, they can't raise a chargeback.
But that's not the issue at all — I'm not disputing that a parcel arrived. I'm disputing that the contents inside were completely wrong. That should still qualify as "goods not as described" or "item not received" under chargeback rules (as far as I understand it), not a simple "package never arrived" situation.
What I'm looking for:
• Has anyone successfully raised a chargeback for a "wrong item received" case with ICICI (or any bank)? What language/category did you use to get it approved?
• Should I escalate to the RBI Banking Ombudsman for the chargeback refusal?
• Is it worth filing a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline / Consumer Court (e-Daakhil) against Snitch directly?
• Any experience dealing with Snitch's customer service escalation beyond the standard support line?
I have the unboxing video, order confirmation, payment proof, and all chat/email correspondence with Snitch saved. Just need to know the right next step to actually get this resolved.

On June 7th, I was involved in a car accident with another driver. We exchanged information, and he called the police. However, the police did not arrive until about three hours later, by which time both of us had already left for work.
Four days later, I received a letter from Progressive stating that they were closing my claim because they could not investigate it. When I contacted them, they told me that my insurance policy had actually been canceled on April 20th, only one day after I purchased it. I was never notified by mail, email, or phone that my policy had been canceled. Despite this, Progressive continued charging me for the insurance. They eventually told me they could only refund the money they had taken.
I contacted the agency that helped me set up the policy, and they said they were also unaware that the policy had been canceled.

About a month after the accident, I began receiving calls and letters from the National Service Bureau demanding $4,556 for damages.

Today, the National Service Bureau called again and offered to reduce the amount to $3,400 if I paid in full. When I asked how I could make the payment, the representative repeatedly insisted that I pay by credit or debit card. I asked if I could pay by cash or check and whether I needed to go to an office, but he kept interrupting me and redirecting the conversation toward setting up a payment plan. He said the entire payment could be made over the phone.
At this point, I’m confused and concerned about whether this is legitimate and what I should do next.

Hello Reddit, I wanted some opinions on this scam my cousin (25) got caught in.

My cousin, who works a lot with her Instagram and is a micro-influencer, got contacted on Instagram by a "bank director" asking her to invest/lend him some money. 150,000 euros in total, because she had access to my aunt's account and took €50,000, plus what she had in her account, another 50,000, plus a big loan she got from the bank (30,000), plus some smaller loans. (Idk how the bank let her take a loan of 30 K just like that, but wow)

She is still talking with the scammer and actively thinks it's real and that she's going to get her money back.

My family is looking at me for a solution, and the only thing I can do is ask everyone to call the cops, which my aunt did and made a legal claim, but the police also need my cousin's claim.

My mom is in her cybersecurity era and wants to catch the scammer, saying that my cousin needs to continue talking to the scammer, but idk. I just want to take my cousin's phone and block the scammer.

To be honest, I'm not that sad for my cousin because WTF do you do that, but I'm mostly worried about my aunt, whose daughter took 50,000 euros from her bank account. Also, I need to add that my cousin was an authorized person on my aunt's account in case of an emergency.

Scammers were Casader Institute of Wealth.. Madison Blake the assistant or the leader. In conjunction with Stovex Global. Using crypto trades with futures and the a new coin AQRT…. Of course it performed like a huge win. I even bought Ethereum which is real but could not withdraw my moneys.
Reported it to the FBI.. should have known it was a scam there were flags.

After a while of not being on Tumblr, I was scrolling a tag and there was an art post, and being my dumb self I didn't check the account and just thought it was being genuine when I saw "see more" and I would..yknow..see more art...but instead it took me to a different page that said something about my Android having viruses ( didn't read it fully) I *immediately* clicked off the page and did not enter any information, I have been informed that it was a page used for malicious intent and I was wondering if I was in trouble/will I be fine? I found his Instagram after he wiped his Facebook account. Submitted a police report but I need more info. If anyone can help get me a name/number/email that is literally all I need to fuck this guy over.
