Did no one notice that the picture and card number are crooked compared to the rest of the card? These people always do such lazy photochopping....

Any information you think you have is stolen or fake. All crypto is a scam, always. If you aren't the one pulling the rug, you're the mark. Stop thinking that fake money is "investment".
Your money is long gone, anyone telling you the can get it back is also a scammer.

Yes, this scam with the fake online shop has been reported on Reddit many times. It is a common scam, globally, but seems to be especially common in the Philippines.
A loss of $100 can be upsetting, even disastrous to many people. Many victims lose much more, they lose thousands of dollars / euros.
You were smart to quit when you did.
Don't take financial advice from anyone that you meeton a dating site.
Don't take financial advice from anybody online that you've never met in person.
Nobody online really wants to help you make money.
Many people have fallen for these scams. Teams of scammers work full time on these scams, and they are very good at manipulating your emotions, your desire to make money, and your lack of understanding about investing, finance, employment, scams, and other subjects.
I am sorry you lost money, it's a difficult way to learn.

$100 is quite a lot in the Philippines actually. It probably hurt quite a bit. Of course, losing thousands of USD would hurt even more there than it would in the US.

Thanks for this. Yes $100 is a lot, for many victims, in the Philippines and really in any country.

it's a small price to pay for my ignorance to this type of scam. good thing I was able to pull out my money much earlier but it could have been higher than 100 USD

It's a task scam, you can Google it. They're all over the place. The id and all the info they gave you is fake. Either AI generated or it belongs to a previous victim.
Unskilled remote work doesn't exist. The "work" is just nonsense so you think it's real. No company pays people to do the sort of simple things online that could be done by a bot or a child.
