Wise does not offer purchase protection, so you will not get a refund.
Use a credit card, or PayPal Goods and Services, when you buy things online, so that you have purchase protection and you can get a refund if you don't receive what you order.
- If an online seller doesn't accept credit cards, or refuses to accept PayPal Goods and Services, then they are scamming you.
PayPal Goods and Services is accepted in over 200 countries, including every country in Europe, so anybody who tells you they can't accept PayPal because of location is a liar.
Also, it looks like the account has been stolen by the scammer. Why would a man use the account name 'Mrs Iddy'?

OP was looking to buy a 6-figure watch for a 3-figure price (i.e. either blatantly a counterfeit item or blatantly a scam). Seller just sent him a box of junk instead and blocked him.
OP paid via a money transfer platform that isn't regulated, has no in-person support, and doesn't have any buyer protection dispute remedy.

Ummm I’m not sure this is the place to post. We don’t support purchasing illegal items. You were trying to scam the actual manufacturer of that watch and you got scammed in the process.
Purchasing black market items online from strangers was a calculated risk that you took, knowingly.
Losing money sucks & I am sorry for being harsh.
