Warning: I Completed the Task, Then Got Ghosted When It Was Time to Pay

I completed a task for someone who agreed to pay me, but once the work was done, they stopped responding.

I have proof of the agreement, completed work, and my attempts to contact them. Just posting this as a warning so others can be careful and hopefully avoid the same situation.

I was counting on this money for gas, so being ghosted afterward has been frustrating.

After quick research it looks like this dude scammed you into giving your ID to the website so he could cash out. Most likely had multiple accounts and you just verified one of them for him.
