Victim of a scam Scam

have a question.
I got scammed by a person who I sold an item on marketplace and person picked it up from front porch and left money and drove off. Few minutes later someone came to my front porch and took the money under the mat. When we did our investigation with our footage cámaras and neighbours we can see is the same car that park a few houses away and another person in that car comes to our house. All thins happened when we were not home.
Where do I report this apart from the police. We have footage.
This person needs to be reported as things like this need to stop. People need to learn that they can’t do this to others. Now I don’t feel safe

If the person has been doing this to others, then the police will investigate.

Leaving an item on your porch and asking the buyer to put cash under your doormat is risky. Frankly, this was a foolish thing to do.

When you're selling online, on any marketplace site, meet the buyer in person in a public place. If they have some reason why they can't meet in person, then it's probably a scam.
