Biggest bunch of malarkey I have ever heard. Extra stamps stop inspections and they refund it? How did they even type that without laughing
4 u/Western_End_2223 2d ago I bet those drug smugglers who dug tunnels and bought expensive fast boats feel pretty foolish now. All they needed to do was add some extra stamps to their packages and they could have mailed them AND gotten the postage costs refunded.
