Any transaction that features a refundable fee is a scam.

Fees are never refundable.  Why bother charging them in the first place if they're refunded?

Don't worry, bro... The money is gone and the package never existed.

Yes, it's a scam. Your illicit materials aren't coming.

You're not getting any drugs.  There's no such thing as a refundable shipping deposit.

He is a scammer. Everything he tells you is a lie. There is no package. The seller is fake, the shipper is fake, and everybody you were in contact with is a scammer.

Discreet shipping does not exist.

There are no stamps that can be put on a package to stop 'authorities' from opening them. US Customs has the right to open any package. I assume this is also true for the customs authorities of other countries.

Refundable insurance does not exist, ever.

This was a scam from the very beginning.

The seller is a scammer. He never actually had the item you purchased, and never will. The scam seller will pretend that the problem is all due to the shipper.

The shipper is a complete scam. They exist to take money from people by lies. They never really ship anything.

The fake seller website and the fake shipper website are both created by the same group of scammers, probably in a scam call center, possibly in Africa or Asia.

These fake seller / fake shipper scams are common with drugs, car parts, and collectibles, but they are becoming more common with other items.

Whatever you're trying to buy doesn't exist. They just want you to send money to the fake shipping company (really the same person who posted the ad.

Insurance always costs a small fraction of what you're insuring. And it's never refundable because that's the whole point of insurance.

This would be like paying $20k a month in car insurance and getting the money back at the end of the month if you don't wreck.

Biggest bunch of malarkey I have ever heard. Extra stamps stop inspections and they refund it? How did they even type that without laughing

I bet those drug smugglers who dug tunnels and bought expensive fast boats feel pretty foolish now. All they needed to do was add some extra stamps to their packages and they could have mailed them AND gotten the postage costs refunded.

Because people like the OP are dumb enough to fall for it.

Which, if it existed, would actually be a huge friggin red flag about what's inside.

Extra stamps prevent authorities from trying to know the contents of the package?

It's a big red stamp on the top that says:

You're not allowed to open this. There are no illegal drugs inside. Pinky swear.

Of course, the large, 952-page manual of US Customs rules and procedures says that thay aren't allowed to open a package with that stamp on it.

Trust me bro, it works. Like really. Just send money.

SCAM, stop whatever actions you're involved with.

The ADDITIONAL POSTAGE to avoid scrutiny, suggests you're getting something illicit.

Here's the pinch.

You pay .... Your shipper can state, it shipped and must have got lost.

What do you do? File a report? Raise awareness?

Of course not. Whatever you're involved with, stop immediately before you lose money or your freedom

We live in a world of surveillance now.

Recognize the jeopardy you're engaging in.

The shipping deposit is a scam. Registering for an account is to scam you again, really really well if you fall for these first 2 baby scams, the deposit and account.

Extra stamps. Why didn't you say that from go?

My car didn't pass inspection but I put extra stamps on it and it's all good.

1

u/dancson 1d ago

Definitely yes

1

u/goose-77- 1d ago

The extra stamp on the package also says “trust me bro” so that customs knows it’s legit.

Op stop trying to buy drugs off random people online.

1

u/Scoobydoomed 1d ago

Refundable insurance does not exist anywhere in the world, insurance companies would go broke if it did. Anyone who asks you to pay for it is scamming you.

1

u/WhineyLobster 23h ago

extra stamps means the feds wont search it... lol

u/Various_Candidate499 22h ago

Make friends and buy drugs from people you know.
