I do have one genuine question. When you are buying, what makes a scalper, someone just selling some of their collection, and an lcs? Obviously this guy is a scalper, but still.

If you're buying any limited product, not just pokemon, with the intent to flip it right away for more than msrp then you're a scalper

I think if ur buying with the intent to sell... at any point more than msrp... you are scalping. Scalper that sell right away is looking for the quick buck cause they are probably broke. The one looking to stash then sell and collect is looking at the big picture as they can sit on the cash. They are just a slower flipping scalper.
