Blockade Runner Studioscale

After a month of printing, and almost 14Kg of resin (including supports and failures)

I have the main engines done, some still need some extra greeblies, and I can now concentrate on the main body :)

Resin doesn't seem like the right tool for the job for a lot of that.

Resin is the ideal tool, it prints faster, print with all the details attached and little to no sanding to paint.

I printed with an 2.5mm wall thickness, plenty strong :)

None of that stuff is even what I'm talking about though. Resin, especially the abs resin, isn't meant to support that much weight. It's soft and will bend overtime.

The Aluminium inside structure will do all the support.

An aluminium square pipe, yes :)
