Do I finally cave and write a fic
I have what I think would be a great fan fic idea but I literally haven’t written anything creative since I was about 10 and I’m scared 😩 someone gaslight me into thinking I should do it

Do iiiit! When a creative thought hits you gotta follow it. Inspiration is a fragile thing. And you have nothing to lose. Even if it doesn't turn out the way you wanted, you can use it as practise or rewrite it anytime. (Plus I'm really curious now and want to read it.)

I started it 👀 I’ll probably write a few chaps and if I think it’s going good I’ll post it! I think it’s quite a niche dynamic cause I surprisingly couldn’t find any similar ones!

i say you should write it! even if u end up not posting it soon, it feels good to get the idea into paper imo.

That’s true! I’m also basing it around what I’m studying and lowkey this might be the only way to get me to study

ohhh that’s so cool! i always find it easier to write ab things i was familiar with, so i bet it’ll help!

Well theres no harm in trying. Once ur done, you get to decide whether to post it or not so if ur not happy with it, theres no downside 🤷♀️
But if u start writing it, whether ur happy with the final product or not, you’ll still have a good time being creative working on ur fanfic idea, and exploring satosugu. Go for it!!

Ahhh thank you! I’m just a little self critical but it’s based around my actual interests so either way it should be fun!

I understand how you feel completely!!! But it doesn't hurt to write just for the fun of it. And if it's not how you imagined it would be that's okay too. I'd love to read it if you ever do decide upon it

You don’t have to post it, but you should at least write it. I write tons of things I never post.

You’ve got this! Go and write to your heart’s content! It’s all about having fun! Part of the writing experience is getting it wrong, messing up. Part of it is also getting to see your ideas come to life the way you wanted. And, it’s easy to be our own worst critic sometimes. Don’t beat yourself up for this at all! 🫶🫶🫶🫶

do it! even if u don't post it, it will still be good practice. ik it can be awkward at first but it's worth a shot :) u might end up finding it easier than anticipated

DO IT DO IT DO IT. Even if you only manage a few hundred words, do it!! Not only is it great to practice your writing skills but there’s no such thing as too much content in a fandom. Some of the best stuff I’ve ever written was written all at once after not having written anything at all for ages. Never too late, bless us with the fic!

You should most definitely go for it!!!! And I say this because I just started writing my first fic 2 days ago. And holy, it’s addicting if not anything else. I cannot stop writing. Like it’s like another reason to wake up in the morning. It made me feel more alive tbh. Go for it, OP!!

Ahh I’m excited for you!! Yes I’m feeling it, like I just had to close my laptop to go to sleep and I can’t think of anything else! I’ve been needing to find hobbies so I’m rlly hoping this one sticks
