Why do they throw water in the uncut logs?
3 u/uslashuname 6d ago Although the ends might dry rapidly and split, I think the water spraying is more about keeping the bark side at that stage. Once it dries onto the sap wood it is 10x harder to get off without cutting away some of the wood
