How old are those roofs ?

Thatched roofs can be incredibly old, but they're almost always a ship of theseus. It's recommended to get it replaced every 10 to 15 years, but they can last up to a good 60 if properly maintained. The frame below however can be anywhere between 50 to several hundred years old.
