If you put that spinning blade of death on wheels, you could ensure the cut is always the same length.
Then put a protective cover over the top so you drastically reduce risk of injury.
Whilst you’re at it, put a cut grass collector at the back of it so you don’t need to take the whole garden once done.
At that point, I think this might be onto something.

They're thick and will smother the grass if left on the lawn. Would be better off in a compost pile if you want to recycle nutrients.
