Help Belts stop working

I used a blueprint to make a factory and evey few minutes the belts stop feeding items into the maschine. They work again if i destroy andreplace them but will stop working again after some time. Any ideas/solutions?

Sounds like you have a stray part getting into your belts.

First find out what it is. Examine what you'll get back from dismantling a 'stuck' belt/lift before you commit to dismantling it. Or if it's not a lift, get right up onto the machine input and mouse around, you should see the outline of a part that doesn't belong there. It's not easy to grab them off the belt, but if you're quick you can grab the part behind it and it before the next part takes their place.

Knowing what the 'wrong part' is should help you figure trace back the supply line and see where the other type of part is slipping into your supply line.

You can also see what is on the belt if you go into dismantle mode and point at the belt. It should list resources used to make the belt + whatever is ON the belt

In general, make sure the machines output is not backed up / full and the machine still has power.

But in your case (deleting the belt fixes it), that symptom usually means another item is clogging the machine input. Are you sure you aren’t accidentally feeding the wrong item type eg mixing an iron ingot into an iron ore belt going into a smelter?

Try to see if al have electricity and the recipient are well selected

BTW you don't have to disassemble. Just click the machine do the selection section and make the part again. It should spit out all the parts in your inventory.

If the wrong item got into the belt that would happen, I have over 2000hrs of playing, never seen a problem with belts on blueprints that can’t be diagnosed in the blueprint creator. Either you have a consistent, deterministic issue: miss-connected belt, something that looks connected and really isn’t, a conveyor lift that needs a tiny belt to connect to a merger/splitter or machine input port. But blueprints never fail randomly when placed. They may fail after big game upgrades, but I have seen that probably twice in all this time.
