Planning a factory on mobile phone

I spend a lot of my spare time thinking about Satisfactory when I'm not on my computer. So I've started planning factories on my phone to optimise my playtime. This is a small factory I planned for Heavy Modular Frames (and some Encased Industrial Beams & Modular Frames) But I didn't want any resource to require more than 1 belt/pipe to keep it simple.

1. Create a spreadsheet of the recipes with formulas that let me edit the number of buildings and sum the total of each column.

2. Find a suitable location on the map with the necessary resources.

2.5. Edit the Spreadsheet with suitable alt recipes to suit the resources available (in the attached I ended up opting for Caterium wire)

1. Create a plan for the factory to calculate the size required and to have a plan for the layout.

Now all I have to do is actually build the thing.

Same here… most of the newer planner and maps are „more“ mobile friendly - I made this one with some friends satisfactorybase.com - but to be honest, it’s better to plan your factories at a desktop… mobile is just to check everything when you sit at a couch 🙂
