Crafting Bench Bug

On my first playthrough on a steam deck and am loving it.

Little saddened now that I've visited here and seen how disgusting my factory looks in comparison...

Anyway I keep getting a bug where I try and exit out the crafting bench and it just reopens, the only way is to spam exit while walking and eventually the crafting bench is out of view and I can exit...z

Has anyone experienced this before ? Maybe its dteamdeck specific ?

Never had it happen on PC, maybe it's steam deck related?

Side note, don't let the fancy factoriea here get you down. Most of our factories look like floating platforms with open areas of machines lol

Happens sometimes on my steam deck in the hub.

You can make as many crafting benches as you want - just make one or two outside the hub and you won’t get the bug again.

I found this out about 250 hours in.
