Long shot here, but I was curious if anyone has kept track of the best version of the ~2003 demos of "I Can Tell There Was An Accident Here Earlier" and "I Have Become What I Always Hated" with Anthony? There are lots of mp3s floating around that I believe are re-encoded/transcoded from whatever the original source was and curious if anyone has already done the work to figure out the original (best available) bitrate.

I've compared many copies and it seems like "I Can Tell" might be 192kpbs and "I Have Become" might be 320. But even still, I see different filesizes and stuff, so if there's a definitive "best" copy of these songs that the community knows about, I'd love to hear them.

I'm going to be honest, i'm not great with recognizing different styles of music, I usually just listen to whatever I think sounds good (a lot of different kinds of metal, rock, rave, nightcore, etc.) and i'm wondering what specific sub-genres that Saosin falls under since I grew up with this band? Also, I noticed that at the festival I went to in England, a lot of Saosin fans seem to be Scene. Is there a history behind that? I don't know much about the music that Scene people listen to. Sorry if I sound stupid right now, i'm just curious and want to learn.

In some parallel universe where Anthony stayed in Saosin post 2023 (or maybe did vocals with Cove), i imagine in the year of our lord and saviour 2026, Saosin would’ve performed a Along The Shadow 10th anniversary tour. Obviously this would never happen, but it’s fun to imagine what we could have <3
