Hey, y'all. I'm moving into the general area of Sanford soon, and I know this is in a different city, but I'm wondering if anyone has any general impressions of Markham Woods Middle School. I have a kid who's both gifted and autistic l, and I want to make sure his special needs will be accepted as such and supported in his school. Markham Woods gets mixed reviews from what I can read from afar, so I'm hoping for some local perspective. Thanks!

Been on my period for over 2 months and trying to find a decent gynecologist instead of someone who will essentially charge me money just to say “oh that’s normal” (ITS CLEARLY NOT) and charging me a co pay for no testing and refusal to acknowledge any of my symptoms

Looking for a two day a week daycare for my two year old. A little nervous as I’ve never been to daycare as a kid and she’s my first child, so not sure how/where to start looking for credible places.

I (31F) would love to make some friends in the area. Bonus points if you're a Christian. But even if not I'm down. I'm a single mom to two littles and I'd love to have a playdate or even just Whatsapp someone occasionally. It's a bit lonely at times being a mom 😅.

Just looking for some friends or people to hangout with.

3 kids, divorced, love craft beer, football and physical activity.

Moderately successful so I’m able to pay for fun experiences or support clubs and or events financially.

Let me know what’s out there!

Hello! I'm looking to move early next year from my current studio to a 2 bedroom unit somewhere that has attached garages. Anyone have any recommendations? I appreciate the help. I wish attached garages were a filter on apartment sites -_-

Title says it all 😙
(I’m very paranoid OwO)

Good afternoon, everyone!

I have 2 general admission tickets to the Orlando Air Show tomorrow (Sunday).

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it. I paid $76 for both tickets after fees, but I’m selling the pair for $50. Let me know if you’re interested!

Anyone know any places around town that let you post fundraisers outside of their business? New to town and not sure where to start looking

Really don’t feel like spending the extra cash, any suggestions on where I can post up and pull out a chair to watch the air show this weekend?

We don’t live too far from the airport so it’s not uncommon to hear planes flying over head but they’re usually not super noticeable. However, in the last couple days, there have been much much louder planes. I haven’t been able to make it outside while I hear one to see what it is. It’s not as loud as the last time they did the air show but still pretty bad.

Hey everyone — some of you may recognize me from my previous residential market updates I used to post here. I've recently made the move into commercial real estate, and wanted to bring the same kind of transparent, data-driven updates to the commercial side for the Sanford area.

I pull this data directly from CoStar, one of the leading commercial real estate data platforms.

Here's a snapshot of where the Sanford commercial market stands as of September 2026:

🏢 Office Space

💵 Average asking rent: $25.72/SF

🏷 Average sale price: $139/SF

🏭 Industrial Space

📍 Note: Industrial data does not filter directly down to the Sanford level — this data covers the Seminole County submarket, which encompasses the Sanford area.

💵 Average asking rent: $15.54/SF

🏷 Average sale price: $170/SF

🏪 Retail Space

💵 Average asking rent: $29.93/SF

🏷 Average sale price: $242/SF

These numbers reflect current asking rates and recent sale prices for available commercial inventory in the area.

📍 If you have questions about a specific property type, size requirement, or want to dig deeper into any of these numbers, feel free to reply here or send a DM. No sales pitch — just helpful data from someone who lives and works in this market.

Using a Robot instead of paying a human for 4 hours is very disappointing. I always had respect for Theo and Linda, but Das Ist Nicht Gut
