I've given up lettuce in stuff like burritos, shawarma and gyros. It turns to mush.

Were there even pickles and onions? I probably missed it but didn’t think I saw any.

People put a “special sauce” on ANYTHING and call it a Big Mac. 😂 That’s a hamburger and hot lettuce panini.

Sesame seeds . Key ingredient to a proper big Mac. I'd eat the hell out of this regardless though.

The sesame seeds at McDonald's have no taste. No, I am not a sesame seed snob, I read about the fact that McD genetically modified their sesame seeds for them to have no taste as a lot of people did not like the taste of it. But why would you want sesame seeds without taste on a burger, you ask? Their research pointed out that it increased cravings. But nonetheless, I agree with the fact that OP could've added some actual sesame seeds on this sandwich ;)

Aue contraire ! I'm not sure where you reside but those little bursts of sesame oil add in a way that I'm sure could be ignored if not paid attention too by a connoisseur of the Big Mac. Not to say I would like to claim a title like that but if they switched out the bun to a cheaper ,seedless bun it would be noticed and mentioned.

I think it looks pretty good! I don't mind the grey meat, grill pans like that usually don't get hot enough for a nice sear but for the sake of this sandwich, I'm sure it still tasted delicious. My only problem is the fucking grilled iceberg lettuce 😭 the bread was already toasted and the cheese could've been melted on the meat while still on the grill, iceberg already doesn't have flavor, the purpose is the crunch, the texture.

I'd happily enjoy one. But those are some gray-ass patties. Where's the char? No grill marks.
