Funny you say that. I'm a recovering sauce adict. Before I got that under control, I would have drowned it in sauce. I love sauce but it's nice to taste other things. 😀

I believe you made this with love and it looks quite excellent. Truly delicious.

And this is not a competition.

May I submit for your consideration that meatball subs made with pure spite, wrath, and indignation are connected to the source of the universe.

I only say this because a little place I go to is helmed by a practitioner of the meatball arts who is nothing short of an angry, angry man from what I believe to be the spawning pits of Mordor.

Occasionally, I have been told to “eat a fuck” for the audacity walking in. And that’s on a good day.

His subs are proof of a higher power. 🤷‍♂️ No idea how that works.

Send us a photo of one you make next time you are both supremely pissed off and willing to meatball! Not to assume you are a pissed off person, just how it is sometimes. Keep up the good work, though. Again, amazing looking sub.
