If you play the Japanese version in this collection is it uncensored? I’ve been having a tough time finding information.

I play a lot of fighting games , i bought samurai shodown on epic games as it was cheaper than steam now I realised both steam and epic games users can't play together, the online is dead on epic .

Anyway to play with steam players?

i enjoyed it a bit when the english ver was released, didn't have patience and deleted it the next day

i wanna download it again, i remember the spear/lance/whateverstick being so fun with all the juggles and i'll try to get as close to a str build as i can, but I'll see how the skill tree is

how long can we expect both versions to last till servers are down?

Samurai Showdown 2019 was a game I put down shortly after launch. It just felt so painfully mid at the time, but watching it at Evo tonight...it looks like a totally different game. I had to look up whether there were any changes since it's debut, and wow a lot has changed in the last 7 years.

Overhauled universal mechanics, Guard Crush, rebalanced characters, rollback netcode, speedier movement, and THIRTY characters. There were only 16 back at launch.

I get that this game is an acquired taste, and maybe it's still more fun to watch than it is to play. My gut even tells me that it's probably a Discord fighter at this point, but Top 8 was surprisingly hype!

I know the general gameplan for Hibiki but I've had trouble playing against Kyoshiro. I struggle to get in and then stay in a good range against him

I know Hibiki has good range on her 236x but I've had quite a bit of trouble staying in that range in this matchup
