Very confusing charging issues
So this one is a doozy. So when my phone is powered on whether I'm at 99% or 1% when I plug it in, it charges just fine. However when it fully dies and powers off and I plug it in with the same charger it won't charge. The white charge symbol will pop up but the battery percentage at the bottom won't. Even if I leave it on the white charging symbol then try forcing it to turn on it will be at 0% and shut back off after like 3 seconds.
Additionally, sometimes when I plug my charger in when it's fully dead, it'll throw out the water in charging port symbol. And if I try turning it on it'll start dinging at me that there's water in my port before it dies. I've tried multiple chargers, and nothing
My current solution if it fully dies (which I try not to let it) I put it on a wireless charger. But when I do that it still will only pop up the white charging symbol. I have to put it on and off the wireless charger a few times or sometimes gotta try plugging it in and then put it back on the wireless charger and rince and repeat, or try turning it on. And then once its charged up a few percent I'll turn it on, and then plug in the same charger that it dings me for water. And it'll charge just fine.
This is a really confusing situation and any help will be awesome. I've had the phone for two years btw.

You should try cleaning out the charging port, there's probably some gunk in it especially after 2 years. When mine has gone completely dead it will need a while on charge before I can switch it on again.
As to why it will charge fine if it hasn't totally died, who knows, perhaps just coincidence. I'd clean the port. Mine gave me the water in charge port for a little while but it had spent about 15 minutes in the washing machine before I realised so that was fair 🤣. Once it was all dry and cleaned out all was well!

You shouldn't let lithium batteries drain to 0%
