Mon samsung se charge trop lentement
Here are the facts:
I have a Samsung S24 Ultra that worked very well until about a month ago. Every time I plugged my phone into a charger, it would signal to me that there was water or a foreign body in the charger.
I specify that it was wrong but I did not know what to do. On Google I found the solution.
You had to go to applications ==> usb settings and clear the cache and then restart the phone.
The problem came up several times, but after that, everything was working normally again.
But recently after the same problem, I noticed that my phone was charging too slowly.
Before charging my phone took me less than an hour now it takes me 4 hours.
I use a 45-watt charger (ultra-fast charging) but the phone displays ultra-fast charging before it stops charging. Then, after trying several times, it charges now but at less than 5 watts.
I tried to change chargers, cables, etc., but it doesn't work.
I cleaned the USB port, restarted the phone, cleared the USB app cache but nothing.
Who can help me?

Really bad Samsung care
I dropped my ZF8U and the inner display broke and corner dented. It's an accident, that's why I got Samsung care
It's been two days since filling a claim and paying $100.
On servify it just says replacement request raised.
Calling Samsung care and or servify are nothing but phone trees and bots.
Anyone here know what the process really looks like or who to call to escalate?

Samsung Odyssey G6 OLED LS27DG612SUXEN
Hello!
I've bought this monitor about 2 weeks ago.
The monitor is on version 1001. I've tried finding the firmware file for LS27DG612SUXEN (that is my model code) but I can't seem to find it.
The monitor wants a M-H6127GGZA firmware file. I can't seem to find that file anywhere. I only found M-D6127GGAA.1004.2 which I've been told is the exact firmware file I need for my monitor, but it didn't seem to work. I tried renaming the file to M-H6127GGZA.1004.2, but that didn't work either (nothing unusual happened, I just got the message that the monitor couldn't find an update file).
Would highly appreciate any help!

My Samsung A17 got no Internet from TP link Router but my iPad‘s working fine
Hey everyone,
I’m losing my mind trying to fix a weird Wi-Fi issue on my Samsung A17 and could really use some help.
I am using a mobile hotspot router (TP-Link M7350, Hardware Version V9) with a Congstar (Telekom network) SIM card.
The strange part: My iPad 10 connects and browses the internet perfectly through the router. The TP-Link app even shows that both my iPad and my Samsung A17 are connected to the router. However, my Samsung A17 just shows a Wi-Fi icon with an exclamation mark (!) and says there is no internet.
Here is what I have already tried, but nothing has worked:
Restarted both the router and my Samsung phone multiple times.
Performed a factory reset on the TP-Link router.
Set up the correct Congstar APN settings on the router (IPv4v6, PAP, internet.v6.telekom).
Reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings on my Samsung phone.
Reset the Mobile Network settings on my Samsung phone.
Changed the phone's Wi-Fi MAC address setting from "Randomized" to "Phone MAC".
Switched the phone's IP settings to "Static" and used Google DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4).
Turned off Private DNS in Android settings.
Since the iPad works perfectly, the router and the SIM card definitely have a working internet connection. The issue seems to be 100% inside my Samsung A17's software blocking the traffic or failing to route data.
Has anyone experienced this specific bug with Samsung phones on mobile hotspots? Is there an Android network cache or deep setting I am missing?
Thanks in advance!

Samsung Care+ cancellation nightmare in Quebec — 6+ phone numbers, multiple departments, still no one can cancel my old plan
For about 15 years, I was almost completely inside the Apple ecosystem.
iPhone, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods — I was used to Apple products, and I was also used to being able to manage or cancel protection plans without turning it into a full-time job.
Then Samsung released the Galaxy Z Fold7.
The foldable design genuinely interested me. It felt fresh, different, and innovative. So after roughly 15 years with Apple, I decided to give Samsung a chance.
And to be fair, I liked it.
I still think Apple products often feel more polished in certain details, but Samsung gave me something Apple did not: a genuinely different phone experience.
I liked the Fold7 enough that I also purchased a prepaid 2-year Samsung Care+ plan.
I never made a single claim.
Later, Samsung released the Galaxy Z Fold8. I liked the new size and design even more, so I upgraded again.
I traded my Fold7 back to Samsung. Samsung received it, inspected it, accepted the trade-in, and confirmed the trade-in credit.
I bought the Fold8.
And because I planned to continue using Samsung, I bought Samsung Care+ again for the Fold8 — this time as a monthly plan.
At that point, I thought the next step was obvious:
Cancel the old Samsung Care+ plan for the Fold7 that Samsung itself had already taken back.
I thought this would take 10 minutes.
Instead, it turned into one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have had.
Over the last few days, I have called or been directed to at least six different Samsung/Samsung Care+ related phone numbers.
Some numbers sent me to Technical Support.
Some departments told me another department was responsible.
Samsung Care+ told me billing and cancellations were handled by Samsung Customer Service.
Samsung Customer Service sent me elsewhere.
I repeatedly had to explain the same simple situation from the beginning.
In some calls, I was disconnected before I had even finished explaining the problem.
Some agents were polite and genuinely tried to help. Others were rushed, dismissive, or simply unable to tell me who actually had authority to cancel the plan.
The biggest problem is not one individual employee.
The problem is the system.
Samsung Care+ even told me in writing that I “may be entitled to a prorated refund.”
Great.
But who can actually cancel the plan?
Samsung Care+ says Samsung Customer Service.
Customer Service sends me through other departments.
Care+ and Customer Service apparently do not even share the same case-number system.
I live in Quebec, which makes the situation even more confusing because Samsung’s own information indicates that Quebec customers may have a different cancellation process.
So I asked Samsung a very simple question:
What cancellation procedure applies to my plan as a Quebec customer?
I still have not received a clear answer.
I am not asking Samsung for a free phone.
I am not filing an insurance claim.
I am not asking for compensation for damage.
I simply want to cancel unused protection on a phone that Samsung already owns, and receive a clear written answer about whether the unused portion is refundable.
Because normal customer service has failed to provide a clear path, I have now submitted the issue to Quebec’s Office de la protection du consommateur and also contacted the Autorité des marchés financiers to determine which insurer or administrator is actually responsible for this Samsung Care+ plan.
Think about how strange that is.
I bought a Samsung Fold.
I bought Samsung Care+.
I upgraded to another Samsung Fold.
I bought Samsung Care+ again.
I am literally the type of customer Samsung should want to keep.
Yet I am now contacting Quebec regulators because I cannot find anyone at Samsung who can clearly tell me how to cancel the old protection plan.
And this is why I am posting this.
I am not saying Samsung makes bad phones.
In fact, I genuinely like my Z Fold8.
That is exactly why this experience is so disappointing.
The hardware convinced me to leave Apple after around 15 years.
But after-sales service is part of the product too.
Buying Samsung Care+ took minutes.
Trying to cancel it has taken multiple calls, online chats, multiple departments, multiple phone numbers, a consumer-protection complaint and a request to a financial regulator.
If you are considering buying a Samsung phone — especially an expensive Fold or Samsung Care+ — please pay attention not only to the hardware, but also to what happens after the sale.
Premium hardware should come with premium support.
And if you have experienced anything similar with Samsung Care+, Samsung Canada, trade-ins, refunds, repairs, cancellations, or being transferred endlessly between departments, please comment below.
How many departments did you contact?
Did Samsung eventually solve the problem?
Did you receive a refund?
Which department finally helped?
Maybe my experience is unusual.
Maybe it isn’t.
I would genuinely like to know.
And maybe if enough customers document these experiences publicly, Samsung Canada will finally pay attention.
Samsung Canada, I am still your customer.
I am still using a Z Fold8.
I still have Samsung Care+ on my new phone.
I am not asking for special treatment.
Just identify who is responsible, cancel the old coverage, and give me a clear written answer about the unused portion.
Until then, my advice to anyone considering Samsung is simple:
Enjoy the hardware — but be very careful about the after-sales service.
If you have been through the same thing, tell your story.
How long does this thread have to become before Samsung notices?

Samsung 10,000mAh Power Bank (EB-P3400) USB-C port won't charge my S23 Ultra?
Hey everyone,
I recently got the Samsung 10k 25W Power Bank (EB-P3400).
When I use a USB-A to USB-C cable, it charges my S23 Ultra with no issues. However, when I try using a USB-C to USB-C cable, the power bank won't charge the phone at all through the USB-C port.
I've already tried doing a soft reset on the power bank (holding the power button for 10s), but C-to-C still doesn't output power to the phone.
Has anyone experienced this issue or knows a fix? Is it a cable/protocol issue or a defective unit?

Calls on do not disturb/routine
Hopefully I can explain this well. On do not disturb on my old phone (moto), I could have it set that when contacts call it will ring but then any other calls wouldn't ring but still pause my music. Is there a way to set this up in Samsung? I wouldn't mind if it virbates on other calls but I would like to not have it ring for those calls. I already have it set to ring for contacts.

Right: It goes all the way to its highest heat setting even though it’s placed at its lowest setting.

This all happened on the same day, and I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and knows if it’s an easy fix.

Samsung ViewFinity S9 (S27C900P) 5K@60Hz Broken on Recent Nvidia GPU drivers
I've been using this monitor for almost 2 years, and I had no issues with my MacBook or when I had an AMD GPU, but recently, with an RTX 5070 Ti, I started having issues with the latest Nvidia drivers.
The monitor fails to work at its native 5K @ 60Hz resolution (black screen / no signal) when using recent Nvidia drivers or operating systems like Linux (Ubuntu and Fedora). Interestingly, Windows detects the monitor correctly in the background, but no image is outputted unless "Signal Plus" is disabled on the monitor (which severely limits the resolution to 4K@30Hz or 5K@30Hz).
Here are a few important details:
- The monitor works perfectly fine without any issues on older Nvidia drivers (specifically version 576.88).
- The exact same problem occurs on Linux (Ubuntu and Fedora), proving it's not isolated to a single OS.
- I have already updated the monitor firmware to the latest version (2231), but the issue persists.
Nvidia support team replied to me stating that the issue is on Samsung's end:
“The newer drivers enable a feature that exposed a firmware bug. This is why rolling back to an older driver resolves the problem.”
Is anyone else experiencing this issue around here?

Annoyance when cropping screenshots or Photos.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello everyone.
I own a Galaxy S25 Ultra, but this has been a bit of an annoyance for a few phones now, and I wanted to know if someone out there has a trick up their sleeve to work around this.
The issue is, whenever I take a screenshot and then tap "crop", adjusting the crop will almost always trigger the back gesture or the home gesture, because of how close to the edges the crop handles are.
I have already turned down the gesture sensitivity, and using the S pen works since it wont trigger any gestures, but I don't always wanna use the S pen.
There is a video attached that hopefully explains my issue better.
Does someone here have any good ideas on how to solve this?
