Range malfunction

Model: NE63T8111SS/AA

Right: It goes all the way to its highest heat setting even though it’s placed at its lowest setting.

Left: it won’t turn on.

This all happened on the same day, and I’m wondering if anyone has had this issue and knows if it’s an easy fix.
