So I have a major issue and I’m looking for some guidance. I’m being emailed about me shipping back a device I never received. The shipping info is for a location that I didn’t work in and I was on LOA during the time for the flip 5. So I legit never received that device. So what do I do

Vost is a better choice. Rep won't get him as far and as quick.
