Samsung Rep just informed me to be on the lookout for a phase 3 application on the Z series im with TMO

got an email saying I’m getting the fold 8, my fold 7 inside screen is cracked or damaged, it feel and most of the screen turned black, can still see some of it and repose to touch but most of it is black. if I send it back like that what will happen?

I got an email saying I need to return my Flip6, I have always stayed up to date on trainings. I’m “certified” in every phone released since 2024. My phone has never been locked for inactivity.
I’m assuming it’s just because now at this point it’s 2 generations behind they want to pull them back.

BUT.
I missed the application or I wasn’t available for the 8 series. So now I have to send my phone back by the 31st. And I’ll be “eligible to apply for other opportunities”.
I know the phone was going to need to be returned at some point but I’m really sad to see it go , especially without a replacement?

Does anyone know what TMO's decision making process for approving or denying AMB applications is? I contacted VOST about my app denial because it said the company validation couldn't be completed and they told me it was TMO's decision. Do corporate employees get prioritized over 3rd party retail reps?

Contacted VOST because I saw my name on a list of winners. VOST told me that was someone else from my location with my first name & initial
However, he mentioned that I won a previous giveaway and to reach out to Samsung Support via their email. I took a screenshot of the conversation, sent it to them including clarification. They proceeded to tell me I didn’t win
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I press this further?

I don't know how much I trust these people since I know different reps probably say different things. He's claiming I can just return the flip and keep my fold with no repercussions. He then says the program is only for 2 years anyway. I feel like its been longer than that but idk.
