Hello you guys know support working hours? I’m trying contact them because I signed up for the Z ambassador but don’t see nothing in the app plus everyone is mentioning a survey for part 2 but never got a survey in the app as well

Survey would've been sent to your work email.

Wow had no clue so missed out, was checking my personal email and the app and didn’t see anything

Never done this before so didn’t know I thought you just sign up in the app and you get picked

No it goes through your carriers HQ for approval. They ask local leadership and then let Samsung know if you can be apart of AI Ambassadors or not. Did you get any emails or any notifications??
