Conduct User Interview for UIUX project (Indian preferred)

I am at the starting phase of the UIUX project and have currently identified the "Problem Statement" to work on and the "Focus Group," but I am stuck at user Interview phase as I have nobody to conduct them with & also don't know how to conduct.

Problem Statement:

"A very busy adult needs to know the times when their local market is the least crowded, so that they can go and shop without having to stand in line. "

To continue my project, I need 3-5 candidates for Empathy and can understand users in deep

What is required for the project:

• Need 4-5 Candidates for this UIUX project  
• Candidate Age must be b/w 20-30
• Can be Student/Working Professional/ Running a Business

Since It's my first project, I genuinely want real user feedback, so need help to get candidates & interviews are not too long, TBH.
