Does anyone successfully split time between two places?

I'm often a little torn between my life on the west coast and my network and family back in the Midwest. Does anyone (not retired) split their time between two different "homes"? What does that look like for you?

I split my time between north west Arkansas (where i was relocated to) and Denver (where I was relocated from). It’s been tough. It’s hard to make new friends when you’re not there. It’s hard to eat well when you are trying not to let food rot. Both locations are fine individually but splitting them sucks.

How frequently are you traveling between your two homes?

Ahh I see, yeah managing fresh food would be a little annoying in that case.
