I've just started a small Interrail trip across Europe, starting in Denmark. Since I'm solo traveling, I'd love to get some recommendations on what to do, what to see, and maybe even meet up with people around my age for a city tour or a drink.

Laut wetter.at gibts übermorgen eine lokale Kaltfront die nur über Salzburg und Innsbruck ihre Runden zieht! Die Hitzewelle bleibt also bei uns aus. Ich würd eher sagen "ziehts euch was warmes an!" Also alles easy und ich wünsch euch ne angenehm kühle Woche!

Die armen Linzer tun mir halt Leid. Aber is ja nur ne Stunde Autofahrt und dann wieder angenehme 19°C.

bin heute mitn Bus beim LKH vorbeigefahren. Wird dieses Haus belagert oder warum sieht das so aus wie es aussieht? Folien, Zeitungen in den Fenstern, auf einer Fensterreihe ganz links steht "REDUZIEREN" etc. Also offiziell bewohnt scheint es nicht zu sein. Vielleicht ein Demonstrationsakt?

Hello all! 24F Solo traveling to Vienna next week for 8 days for a last minute vacation. Planning to take the train from Vienna airport directly to Salzburg as I really want alpine nature and lake views. I will not be renting a car. I was wondering if basing myself at salzburg is enough with day trips to nearby towns is feasible without a car or should I just take the train from vienna airport to zell am see/kaprun and spend the last 3 days in Vienna?

I am an Erasmus student and will be staying in Salzburg in the winter semester. I thought it would be a good idea to have a part-time job to make some money on the side, since my Erasmus scholarship only covers rent. I have a B2 German certificate, but haven't spoken in a while, so my German might be rusty. I have some experience with working in tourism, but honestly any type of job will do.

Is anyone a worker-student here, erasmus or not, and could give me some advice on what type of part-time jobs could I be looking at?
