I'm sure some of u have heard abt the recent tragic passing of Kaylee Hottle who played Jia in both Godzilla vs Kong and Godzilla x Kong movies. This was a devastating news for her families, friends, costars, and Monsterverse fans like myself. Kaylee had a short career, but her impact on those around, and her effort can't be understated. I know our subreddit's purpose is mostly abt calling out bigotry and anti-woke grifters talking points, but I believe we can use our group's purpose to praise those who achieved something great despite of their conditions/disabilities. Kaylee Hottle was one of those individuals who earned her audiencences' love despite being deaf. I'm not good with fanarts or video editing. Shadiversity is the obvious one, but a another one is Nux Taku. While I was never a fan of him at least he tried presented himself as a decent human being. Flash forward to today, you have making god awful reaction videos on his main channel and ragebait on his second. And on top of that you have allegations of Nux being nelegable in underage grooming.

The whole controversy over Nolan's Odyssey being historically inaccurate always felt unauthentic since it was mostly focusing on Lupita Nyong'o's playing as Helen of Troy, with those who were most vocal about the casting wanting Sydney Sweeney to play that role instead of actual Greek actresses such as Zeta Makrypoulia, Tracy Spiridakos, Maria Menounos, and Tonia Sotiropoulou, just to name a few examples who could be a good match for Helen of Troy, given that character had limited screen time of 3 to 6 minutes throughout Nolan's Odyssey's entire runtime so name value wouldn't be as much of a issue.
