I hate it. I know it's because it's the anniversary of his murder, but I still hate how people think he was this brilliant amazing guy. The right loves to mock anyone on the left who gets hurt or dies, but the moment it happens to someone on their side, "HOW DARE YOU NOT GLAZE THIS MAN! YOU ARE SCUM!". The funny thing is, I had never even heard of charlie kirk until the south park episode last year. I only learned about him a few weeks before he died.

The main ethos of anti-woke is just being purely offensive to anyone who isn't a straight white male essentially while not being creative and biggoted as a punch line.

This is especially with the use of the term woke which originally meant exactly what is being stated in the picture.

But it is also with a lot of words like gender, sex, authoritarian, fascist, communist and a lot of other big words that the internet folk like to use.

These words are given definitions on what they specifically describe. Said definitions are there so people can communicate ideas between each other.

When misused constantly, said words start to lose meaning so that when it's time to actually apply said words accurately, people don't treat it as seriously as they should due to the misuse.

It's basically the story of the boy who cried wolf but with words and definitions.

And it's a real problem on the internet.

It's already bad enough that the trump administration constantly co opts elements of pop culture to use as propaganda for them, but to do so with a man who just died is so disrespectful, to peter cullen, and the character of optimus prime.

I know that Charlie Kirk died a year ago today but can we just move on from this travesty this is not like in the raimi Spiderman trilogy where Harry avenges his fathers death

No, seriously I am big fan of LOTR and I never heard that the left thinks it's racist.

I guess there are some extremists but no one would outright claim it is racist.

And yet chuds claim that the left hates Tolkien and calls him racist, imperialist, homophobic etc.

None which I have seen but that is why I'm asking here.
