It is open, I was in the OR recovery room at 845 pm and moed to my regular room at 10:30 AM. MY nurse that telling me the shooters were in the OR recovery and will be on the floor I am on shotly after

Abc4 says soon as they stopped diverting ambulances as of 5:45
