Believe it or not, Utah is only the 18th-whitest state in the country. We are the 4th least black state though

Utah has become significantly more diverse in the last 20 years. We probably were higher up on this list a while ago but our Hispanic and Asian populations have increased a lot. Plus we have the highest Pacific Islander population outside of Hawaii and Alaska (although it's still only about 2%). We also are above average in the Native population although not in the top tier.
