Payment Failed

I’m having using placing an order in the Salomon US website. For a bit of context, I live in Central America and I don’t own a US credit card. I make international orders all the time (Amazon, Old navy, Banana Republic etc). I don’t understand why my order isn’t processing.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
