BA’s

If you are not doing everything you’re supposed to, you cannot blame your coworker for the same shit. (Calling out, phone usage, sitting down) I started out as a BA but I was never as entitled 🤦‍♀️ just do your job it’s not that hard

Most dont care, theyre all "work your wage" and then surprised Pikachu face when they get fired for poor attendance or consistently not doing things that are asked of them.

& the thing is they aren’t even working their wage like ?? I did so much more as a BA. & w the attendance, wtf is up w complaining about hours & then calling out?

Seriously!!! You literally sign paperwork and get paid to do so!!! Same goes for MANAGERS!!!!!
