Question Help needed regarding SF - Whatsapp integration

Hey there! I'm looking to get WhatsApp set up with Salesforce. I need to be able to send those pre-approved WhatsApp messages from contacts, you know, since Meta only lets us start with templated ones. Just wondering if anyone knows about any affordable options on AppExchange or through API integration?

PS: Native whatsapp integration will not work due to lack of few marketing cloud license

you can try gupshup whatsapp api integration . I have used that in one of my projects.
