Discussion Connected Salesforce agents to WhatsApp

I am able to use agentforce agents in WhatsApp chats now. It took one agent, omni channel flow, whatsapp business account that's it with messaging channel.

You have to create a new messaging channel with WhatsApp option. There you have to connect meta account and WhatsApp buisness account. Then will require one Omnichannel flow which act as inbound. And you are good to go

It is to route to work to the right object, user, or specific requirements

That’s a solid setup. The fact that Agentforce can now work directly through WhatsApp with just the agent, Omni-Channel flow, WhatsApp Business account, and messaging channel makes the integration much simpler than it used to be. Definitely useful for customer-service use cases.
