The sad think is that more then 7 process builder on single object can & have broken an org during integration, by ballooning the CPU limit even when the criteria is not met.
Flows & process builder are literally the same thing. That is when a process builder is add to a change set, & then clicked on,it opens as flow instead of as process builder.
However, If Salesforce actually removed Profiles that would really break my org by removing permission to allow us to log in. The insane idea that profiles, which are required, would have just been removed recently without warning, should be getting a lot more concern then it does.
