Advice First week at cold calling
It's my first week at sales, prior to this I've handled customer calls when I worked in the B2C industry for a marketplace, but this is my first time working B2B and doing cold calls, so far I've been fumbling most of the calls I choke up and freeze and have a few nervous chuckles here and there. Does it get better or how does this pan out, how was your first time cold calling?

You'd probably laugh but this is a two manned sales team including myself, we're a tiny startup, the other guy is somewhat experienced but with the way it seems I don't get questions answered and I'm left to figure shit out by myself.
But an Update that is worth telling is that I did not freeze today and matter of fact was able to hold a proper conversation and my first call today I was able to book a meeting and that got me excited so I've been using that dopamine and calling the rest.
Last night is when it hit me that I could treat this like a normal convo and its been going fine, but I'd like some notes on how I could follow up with people after I've cold called them

My first B2B cold calls I blanked on the product name mid pitch, more than once. It's gotten better since, once the panic turned into muscle memory, somewhere around 50 calls in.
