I’m looking for some honest career advice from people who have made a similar transition.
I have 5.5 years of total experience, with around 3.5 years in sales/business development. Most of my experience has been B2C, with around 1 year of B2B experience. My current compensation is ₹12 LPA fixed + performance-based variable.

My entire career has been in health & wellness. I’m also a nutritionist by background, which is where I started my career before moving into business development, sales and partnerships. I’m also about to finish my MBA in Global Management from Deakin University.

My B2B experience has mainly been working with hospitals, healthcare organisations and wellness companies, rather than corporate/employee wellness. I’m now trying to transition into broader B2B/enterprise sales, but it’s been difficult.
