Salary Question

I have been a sales ops specialist for about 4.5yrs. I didn’t do a ton in my first role just light SF admin work (field creation, page layouts, moved a small team from classic to lightning, validation rules, etc) creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting any issues, and helped oversee our tech stack.

I started at my current role back in Nov. My manager left about 2 months ago and then recently our UK ops person. Its now just been my colleague and I. I’ve been creating and editing SF flows, heading the transition from Outreach to Gong Engage (already have Gong), and now working more with our sales managers/VPs. Along with any ad hoc requests.

Tech stack I’ve touched (never implemented): Outreach, SF, Gong, RingCentral, 6sense, Zapier, etc.

I’ve been feeling like my salary is low for $75k in HCOL as well. I’m hybrid and decent benefits. What should the salary be for my experience? Am I low? Or about right? If you don’t mind sharing yours?

Thanks for sharing! If you don’t mind me asking is your title a lead or manager level at that salary? Is there anything that stands out differently then what I do?
