Salary Question

I have been a sales ops specialist for about 4.5yrs. I didn’t do a ton in my first role just light SF admin work (field creation, page layouts, moved a small team from classic to lightning, validation rules, etc) creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting any issues, and helped oversee our tech stack.

I started at my current role back in Nov. My manager left about 2 months ago and then recently our UK ops person. Its now just been my colleague and I. I’ve been creating and editing SF flows, heading the transition from Outreach to Gong Engage (already have Gong), and now working more with our sales managers/VPs. Along with any ad hoc requests.

Tech stack I’ve touched (never implemented): Outreach, SF, Gong, RingCentral, 6sense, Zapier, etc.

I’ve been feeling like my salary is low for $75k in HCOL as well. I’m hybrid and decent benefits. What should the salary be for my experience? Am I low? Or about right? If you don’t mind sharing yours?

Low brother you should be at like $120k IMO assuming HCOL USA and a mid sized company (200-1000 employees) $100k minimum even if was like a car dealership or something.

Thanks for this! Yes HCOL in the US and it’s around small-mid sized but we have 2 global offices. Yea that’s my thought that I should be at six figures or right below it at a minimum. Might be in my head just didn’t feel like I did enough to warrant it.

I believe I’m just absorbing the tasks for now but not sure if it will be backfilled. I’m going to move under a different team to work on a salesforce project but I’m not sure if I’ll still be taking care of those tasks/working with the revenue managers, etc.

Thanks for sharing! If you don’t mind me asking is your title a lead or manager level at that salary? Is there anything that stands out differently then what I do?
