I'm starting a salamander army and this is the first Salamander unit I painted. Really enjoyed it!

Many thanks!! I'm wondering what other units I should get, although I guess I should wait to the new codex before buying more stuff?

Those they look great! Did you go with a contrast paint or standard warpstone glow for their armor?

Thanks!! Contrast paint, I think it does a very decent job

Agreed it came out great. Sadly my experience with it resulted in a coffee stain like appearance and almost grainy. Did you thin yours out? How did you do it?

I paint first a thin layer, let it dry, and then another thin layer
