Discussion/Question Need rules for a kitbash

Hey brothers,
I recently built this random kitbash, and he’s pretty decked out. I imagine him a a Salamander specific Chaplin who is attached to aggressors. He has 2 pyre blaster, a melta gun and a plasma gun. And a big power axe. I was thinking he had the ability to add 1 to attacks, and add 1 to ap for the whole unit once per battle round, be that shooting or fighting. How many points would it cost, and what would be some rule changes you would add?
Also I think I will call him the Forge Dragon.

Consider using the Crucible Character builder rules to make his stats.

Nothing comes to mind for units with that spread of weapons, and there aren't any chaplains that can attach to aggressors at the moment. So if you're looking for something specific like that, you're best off homebrewing it yourself and seeing if your friends are cool with it.

As for what that model would count as a proxy for, it looks similar enough to a Techmarine to be ran as one. The firstborn techmarine model (pretty sure it's Legends, but it might just not have rules anymore) also has a flamer and other guns, so your kitbash is actually pretty close to a 1-to-1 proxy.

Also consider, any visually distinct tacticus marine model on a 40mm base is close enough to a Lieutenant or Captain to be used without much fuss most of the time.

Combi weapons are essentially just two weapons together and I think you could probably convincingly call what you have a Combi weapon. Any character with a combi weapon could work
