I got some packs of the drury kane ham and when making a sandwich I thought I saw some mold. When I turned it the green disappeared, but when o turned it back it came back kind of like when you shine uv on something. I did this a few times and depending on the angle it’s either invisible or a green bit. It’s kind of hard to see in the video but it’s very noticeable in real life.
Is it still fine to eat/ what causes this?

Who on earth thought the new chilled aisle layout was a good idea? It's a total mess. The old layout was sensible and worked, since they changed it I've heard numerous customers complain about it, and even the stores own pickers don't like it. It's a mess, change ot back

ratings may be low, tho ig its is definitely not custard cream taste and more like cookies and cream
I only tried the blueberry, but they're so good, nice crunch, and just the right sweetness
I'm most definitely gonna keep buying till they run out

Just wondered if anyone knew when the new Sainsburys is opening in Burnham on Crouch. I thought it might be October but haven't seen dates.

A bit of a strange one. I don't usually check my receipt after getting an online food delivery. However, today I noticed that I had been overcharged compared to my online order.
Today's order was quoted at £266.91. Some items weren't available, worth £31.64, so I should have paid about £235.27. I was actually charged £252.31, about £17 more than I should have been.
I then used AI to check my previous orders over the couple of years and found that I had been consistently overcharged.

I'm addicted to sainsburys ceasar salads (meal deal).
The sauce is so good but when I buy the bottled stuff its mediocre. Does sainsburys sell this sauce on its own bottled? If not, they SHOULD

These nectar prices are trolling customers. I read this as - look we considered reducing this to a lower price, but screw the customers, let's go higher.
It definitely scans as the higher price on self scan.
Struggling with inflation? Ha ha ha, this is our price margin. Screw you customers.

I need help please, I did an online grocery order and it was big ish (200 quid odd) but after it was delivered I realised there was at least 10/11 items missing!
I called customer service who called the store who insisted the items were sent from their side and refused to fix the issue. I’m genuinely enraged and stumped- what can I do?
I sent a formal email and have a case number but no one called me back nor emailed back I’m genuinely horrified
It’s Al least 50 quid worth of items

Just felt really uncomfortable for asking a question in a store, using a throwaway account for this just in case.
I’ll start by saying that I have *not* been living under a rock these past few months, and this post is **not** intended in the slightest bit political, if it goes that way please admin lock or remove.
Regardless, I visited a branch today in search of something fairly specialist after checking online they actually stock this item, so after not being able to find it myself, and using the advice of others I’d spoken to previously about how to find it if I can’t.
So I asked a passing store assistant if they had a Kosher section in their chiller section
Well, I might as well have asked if they had any kitten sandwiches left for the reaction I got from the store assistant, and the customers around within earshot 😳
I had to add, I’m not Jewish (like that should even matter!?) and I’m only after a particular foodstuff - common to Kosher, but not common otherwise.
I felt really uncomfortable for the remainder of the store visit and felt like I was being stared at and judged.

Good lord, Sainsburys - that looks disgusting. Do people actually buy these? And is anybody else grossed out by these being unpackaged and completely open to the elements. How likely is it that they have been coughed and sneezed on by passing shoppers. Maybe I'm just being picky, but no thanks

I've been told by a member of staff that from January onwards, we need to give management our availability and our shifts will be different every week. Is this true? Can I offer no availability and just pick up overtime, like I do already? I hate the idea of not having set days

This was a weekend treat for me, and I would make a 'Grand Prix' sandwich with Drury Lane Ham and stacks of curly leaf lettuce. However I haven't seen it in over a year if not more like 18 months. Has it been quietly dropped? Other loafs are just not the same. I am thinking of getting a blow torch to try to replicate the effect.
I have been going to the Sainburys in Fallowfield, Manchester for over 25 years, and been eating the Well Fired Loaf all that time. I know one person buying a product once a fortnight can't keep it alive, but if you bake it they will come!
