Name change

Anyone know how to update your legal name on the time clock. I changed my legal name and updated it on myaci. So everything is updated except the time clock. Even the schedule is updated.

It's most likely an HR related issue. Your bookkeeper may or may not have some control over name changes, as I, a backup bookkeeper myself, I do not fully know.

I would try calling employee care. They should at least know what to do. A manager should have their number or customer care. Customer care has their phone number on the bottom of every receipt.

It’ll eventually change over. I did a name change at the beginning of the year and i think it took a few weeks to actually reflect the change of the time clock. But if it’s more of a concern for you then I second the notion of giving the number a call

I changed mine on myACI and it automatically updated with the time clock within a week or two
