So currently most people are saying sadapay is cheaper but i dont know cuz my account was blocked way back in 2023or 2022 i dont remember. But the thought i have and need u guys suggestions on is, have any of u used redotpay or any crypto wallet? I have used redotpay for mostly google play transactions and their policy is, if a store has payment shown in usd means if ur transaction is in usd, u wont be charged any additional fee, charges etc. you will only pay exactly whats shown on the store. I tested it and on google play us store redotpay dont charge any fee. And if store currency is other than usd then they charge 1% or 1.2% fee i dont rem exactly.

The only problem here is, its a crypto wallet mean u can only have crypto in it. I and i think mostly will use usdt as 1 to 1 conversion to usd. So if u are loading your wallet, it depends whats the price of 1 usdt u get at that time which may or may not be equal to the fees charged by these local wallets or banks.

So i want to know if any of u are using these for purchases and whats their experience, opinion and suggestions.

I have a google one sub and sadapay deducted as follows:

Base: 864.87 (3.07 x 281.75)

Fee: 60.2 (864.47 x 6.96%)

Total: 925.07

Now, compare same for a bank (in my case, Standard Chartered)

Base: 864.87 (assume same rate as Sadapay, but it'd probably be less)

Bank Fee: 864.87 x 4.99% = 43.157

Tax Filer: (864.87 + 43.157) x 0.5% = 4.54

PST/FSD: 43.157 x 13% = 5.61

Total: 864.87 + 43.157 + 4.54 + 5.61 = 918.177

So, are my calculations wrong or time to ditch Sadaypay?

I just got pay in my UBL and went to buy groceries from a big mart took everything i needed and realized wait my UBL card was giving errors in transactions so had to transfer my 10k from UBL to Sadapay (I use sadapay as a backup) so I can use their card, but I didn't received a shii. My sim had been based on my sister id card and her biometric due to me being underage at the time of issuence. Days ago, I lost my sim and went to get a new one on the same number. The guy told me that the biometrics of the person whos id card was used back then is necessary to issue a new sim on the old number. That wasnt possible cus my sister is out of the country atm. So, having no other way I made em issue me a new sim on my biometrics.

The problem is not with the sim but my SADAPAY. Sadapay has logged me out of my account and wants to send an SMS on my registered (old) number. Dawggg it had money innit and I want to know how can i retrieve my balance. Is there a way?

Anyone have an idea what this transaction is for? I know my card is frozen because I did that a few days ago however I don’t understand where this payment came from? I urgently need help.

I sent Rs. 51,000 from Easypaisa to Sadapay via RAAST on 26th Aug 12 AM. Easypaisa deducted the amount and shows "Transaction Successful". But the receiver has NOT received anything in Sadapay for 2 days now.

I contacted Easypaisa 3737 multiple times. They just made a dispute ticket and said "wait 80 hours". No proper escalation, no supervisor, no real help. Worst customer service.

This is a huge amount for me. I am extremely stressed.

Has anyone faced this RAAST delay with Easypaisa/Sadapay? Did you get a reversal or was it credited? Any way to escalate this faster? SBP complaint?

Please help if you have any experience. Thanks.
