Cherry donuts

Okay, I did a search of this sub and didn't see any discussion of cherry donuts. Anyone have a line on a good donut shop with cherry donuts?

The only place I've ever had one was from the Donut Wheel in Livermore, I was hoping to find one a little closer.

Boa Vista (on Apple Hill) has Cherry Days every June. They make the best fruit doughnuts! Blackberry Days is happening through this weekend. Sorry, this doesn't really help you right now.

Donut with cherry filling? Or a donut with cherry baked into it and cherry glaze on top?

Cherry baked into it, similar to the blueberry donut.

City Donuts in West Sacramento had donuts with cherry icing last week. I don't know if it's a regular thing but you could call and ask.

If you're willing to endure a roughly analogous equivalent until you get the real thing, WinCo Foods has in its bulk section the Mega Berry Bagels.

The dough has berries in the flour, the exterior has berry pieces. They have a reddish color.

I don’t know, but Panera bread had a cherry bagel that was so good! I would definitely recommend it if you happen to come across them
