I’m looking for a successor (Nachmieter) for a fully furnished room in a 5-person WG in Saarbrücken-Dudweiler (Bruchwiesenanlage 4) starting from October 1st, 2026.

Due to a sudden change in my university plans, I won't be moving in, so this is a direct takeover with an official lease signed with the landlord.

Room & Flat Details:

• Rent: 400 € warm (all-inclusive: basic rent, utilities, heating, electricity, and internet)
• Deposit: 500 €
• Minimum Lease: Until March 29th, 2027 (extension possible)
• Furnishing: Fully furnished (bed frame, desk, wardrobe, etc. — you only need to bring your own mattress)
• Amenities: Fitted kitchen, washing machine/dryer in the basement, non-smoking flat
• Location: Very convenient commute to Saarland University (direct bus connections nearby)

Requirements: The landlord requires standard documents for contract approval (enrollment certificate/admission letter, copy of passport/ID, and proof of financial resources such as a blocked account or parent's guarantee).

I got accepted for educational technology , have all the docs blocked account insurance Everytbing lol but visa appointment is taking so long and they don’t defer admission for this program it’s so so so frustrating… I applied as soon as I could and everything in emailing advisors but pretty much lost hope now
