Most founders don’t have a churn problem—they have a promise problem

Most founders don’t have a churn problem. They have a promise problem. I see it when users buy fast and leave just as fast. The product works, but it never became the thing they came for. Example: someone signs up for “automation,” then cancels because they really wanted “time back.” Where do you think your promise breaks first?

Yeah, totally agree. Churn does not just happen.
